Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and efficiency.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising directives and product resets as instructed.
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently; work collaboratively with sales associates and management to drive conversion.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling and CRM initiatives.
- Maintain housekeeping standards across sales floor and stockroom and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures.
- Act as a local brand ambassador, supporting in-store and social engagement efforts to represent Coach in the market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and local competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and basic internet tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to bend, climb and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience, including cashier and stockroom duties; luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
