Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and personalized assistance at the sales floor and cash wrap.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with store policies.
  • Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a tidy stockroom.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates as directed.
  • Support sales-floor activity and requests, suggest add-on products and promote gift cards to drive conversion.
  • Serve as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures.
  • Perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier loads (up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
  • Proven cash-handling experience and familiarity with cash register systems and POS procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational capability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience with direct cashier or stock responsibilities; experience in a luxury retail or branded environment is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
