Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client interactions at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, anticipating needs and offering personalized assistance.
- Operate point-of-sale systems (POS/Mobile POS) accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organized cashwrap in compliance with policy.
- Receive, process and reconcile incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and sustain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
- Replenish sales floor stock, execute merchandising updates, and support visual merchandising standards to preserve brand presentation.
- Suggest add-on items, promote gift cards, and capture customer information following data-privacy and local regulations.
- Support loss-prevention initiatives and maintain housekeeping standards across sales floor and back-of-house.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to respond to customer requests, peak periods and ad-hoc operational needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic laptop/Internet usage; ability to use walkie‑talkie and read product/price release documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
- Ability to multitask in a high‑traffic retail environment and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of hands‑on retail experience handling cashier or stockroom responsibilities, ideally within a luxury or premium brand environment. Demonstrated competence with POS operations and basic digital tools is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or customer‑service training a plus.
