Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Process, receive and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Replenish merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure sales floor standards are upheld.
- Promote add-on items and gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM and sales objectives.
- Support loss prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards across sales floor and back-of-house areas.
- Act as a local brand ambassador, supporting social media engagement and partnering with the boutique team and management to respond to client requests.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven competence with cash handling and cash register/POS systems.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and high-traffic retail days.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical duties on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, including cashier and stockroom duties; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
