Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with team members and management as needed
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
• Ability to use walkie talkie, read price sheets and product release information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Skills

Experience

1+ years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
