Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and providing personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in compliance with privacy guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers, reporting any discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory stock levels, replenish the sales floor with merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management when assistance is needed
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape within the marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to operate walkie-talkie systems and interpret price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
