Coach Sales Support Associate position in Paramus, New Jersey. Part-time role with hourly pay $15–$21.75, offering retail benefits and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
- Receive, process, organize, and quality-check shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness and report discrepancies
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with company policy
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence; partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift regularly up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to understand and read price sheets, product release information, and utilize walkie-talkie communication systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with demonstrated customer service excellence
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate stockroom and sales floor

Experience
Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
