Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
• Receive, process, organize, and quality-check shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness and report discrepancies
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with company policy
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence; partner with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift regularly up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to understand and read price sheets, product release information, and utilize walkie-talkie communication systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with demonstrated customer service excellence
• Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate stockroom and sales floor

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
