Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
  • Operate POS accurately, handle cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
  • Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
  • Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
  • Support sales floor activity by responding to customer requests, suggesting add‑on products, promoting gift cards and capturing customer information where permitted.
  • Serve as a local brand ambassador and support store social media engagement as directed.
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping and safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Collaborate with store management and team members to support store objectives and peak business periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales) — luxury retail experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; competent with iPad, laptop and basic internet applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel, maneuver stock).

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stock management, or front‑of‑house sales), ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment.

Education
