Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate in Oxon Hill, MD. Part-time retail role supporting POS, stockroom, merchandising and client service at National Harbor.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash, card and other media in strict compliance with company policy.
  • Process incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain an organized, accurate stockroom.
  • Replenish merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates, and support floor resets to maintain brand presentation standards.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
  • Support loss prevention and housekeeping standards across the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Assist colleagues and management with ad hoc sales floor tasks and customer requests during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience preferred), ideally within a luxury retail environment.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS platforms; comfortable using iPad, laptop and internet-based tools.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience, ideally including cashier and stockroom responsibilities within a luxury or premium retail environment.

Education
