Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized shopping guidance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community, supporting social media engagement and brand initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment methods in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with consent policies
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence, collaborating with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention and security guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience, preferably in luxury retail)
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet platforms
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkie communication systems and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom spaces
• Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods

Experience

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
