Coach Sales Support Associate in Ottawa, ON. Part-time luxury retail position, $17.60–$22.00/hr with benefits and flexible scheduling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized assistance that reinforces brand positioning
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance transaction value
  • Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers, report discrepancies promptly, and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage inventory stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates aligned with seasonal campaigns
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and strictly adhere to Loss Prevention and security guidelines
  • Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement and community presence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, including cashier operations, stock management, or sales—preferably within a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
