Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally, anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance across the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately, manage cash/media according to company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
• Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and uphold stockroom standards.
• Replenish sales floor merchandise, execute visual merchandising directives and support product presentation updates.
• Suggest add-on items, promote gift cards, capture permitted customer data and support local brand engagement, including social media efforts.
• Provide responsive floor support to sales advisors and management, demonstrating product knowledge and loss-prevention compliance.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties and maintain health and safety standards in sales and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with cash register systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie talkie.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude, and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of bending, climbing and maneuvering in a busy store.

Skills

Experience

At least 1+ years of prior retail experience, including cash handling, stockroom duties or direct client-facing sales; prior experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
