Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community, supporting social media engagement initiatives
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to drive sales performance
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates to enhance customer experience
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales functions, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems, POS technology, mobile devices (iPad/laptop), and internet-based tools
• Ability to read price sheets, product release information, and utilize two-way communication devices
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Proven capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Experience in cashier operations, stock management, and customer service is essential. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific retail certifications may be advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
