Coach Temporary Sales Support Associate in Orlando, FL. Flexible part-time retail position with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor with merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and support social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock operations, or sales)
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Ability to read price sheets and product release information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1 or more years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
No specific educational qualification required; retail or customer service experience may substitute.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
