Coach Sales Support Associate job in Orlando, Florida. Full-time retail operations role with POS, inventory, and customer service focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized shopping assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Process and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates and product placement
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and special offerings, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and support social media engagement and local market initiatives
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence; partner with team members or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to operate walkie talkies and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience in a customer-facing or stock role, with preference for luxury retail environments. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
