Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized service
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; actively support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift card offerings, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Monitor stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support general sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs); climb, bend, and kneel as required for sales floor and stockroom operations

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Experience with walkie talkie systems and ability to read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
