Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash/media transactions in accordance with policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
• Receive, process, and organise incoming shipments and stockroom transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Identify and suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
• Support floor sales activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with colleagues or management to resolve issues.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with Loss Prevention procedures; assist with local brand representation and social engagement as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale technology (including iPad and Mobile POS); basic computer and Internet literacy.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills; professional customer-facing demeanor.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre on the sales floor.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of hands-on retail experience, including cashier or stockroom responsibilities; prior exposure to luxury retail environments is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
