Coach in Orlando, FL seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate—responsible for POS operations, stockroom management and elevated client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organized cash wrap in accordance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization and housekeeping standards.
  • Manage inventory levels: replenish the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and support loss-prevention protocols.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture permitted customer information and support local brand engagement including social media when required.
  • Support sales-floor activities by responding to customer requests, partnering with sales colleagues and escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Utilize store technology (Mobile POS, iPad/laptop, walkie talkie) to support operational flow and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Perform physical tasks necessary to store operations, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Internet) and ability to use walkie talkie.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational capability and ability to multitask in a high-traffic retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays and peak seasonal periods.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
