Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients courteously and deliver personalised, attentive service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale systems and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash/media in compliance with company procedures.
  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
  • Promote add-on items and gift cards, capture permitted customer information, and support local brand representation and social media engagement.
  • Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with colleagues and management to maximize conversion.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and perform safe manual handling (regularly lift ~25 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems, Mobile POS (iPad), basic computer and internet use, and handheld radios/walkie-talkies.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational capability, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency is required.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
