Coach Sales Support Associate Part-Time position in Ontario, California. $15.00–$21.75/hr with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized support
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with data privacy guidelines
- Process incoming shipments and transfers, report discrepancies, and maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention protocols
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community, supporting social media engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
