Coach seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate in Omaha, NE (Village Pointe). Hourly pay $15–$18.50; responsibilities include POS, stockroom and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and provide attentive, personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; process payments and maintain cash/media handling in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organisation and cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and ensure presentation standards are met.
- Support the broader sales team by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products, promoting gift cards, and capturing customer information where permitted.
- Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Practical knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and demonstrated competency using iPad/laptop devices and Mobile POS.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience, with hands-on responsibilities for cashiering, stock management or customer service; prior experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service training preferred.
