Coach in Oak Brook, IL is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalised assistance.
- Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy; manage cash/media handling and maintain an organised cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenish the sales floor and execute merchandising directives and visual updates.
- Suggest add-on items and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling efforts.
- Support day-to-day sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with colleagues and management to maximise store performance.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales), preferably within luxury or premium retail.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and web-based tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience with hands-on exposure to cashiering, stockroom operations or direct client service; prior luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
