Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and safety
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background)
• Experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity
• Proficiency with cash register systems and mobile POS technology
• Basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and internet navigation
• Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

One or more years of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
