Coach (Tapestry) in North Charleston, SC seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalised service on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash wrap organisation and handle all payment media in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report any inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, organised stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
- Support sales-floor activities and respond confidently to customer requests; promote add-on products and gift cards and capture customer information when permitted.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards across sales and back-of-house areas.
- Act as a local brand ambassador and support in-store social media and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; ability to use iPad, laptop and internet-enabled tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales), with preference for candidates who have worked in a luxury retail environment or premium brand setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
