Coach hiring a Sales Support Associate (part-time) in Norfolk, VA — temporary role supporting cash wrap, stockroom, POS and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with professionalism and provide personalized, brand-consistent service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and follow cash/media handling policies.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Suggest add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information when permitted and support local brand representation including social media engagement.
- Support loss prevention and housekeeping standards and respond to customer requests in partnership with the sales team or management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Practical knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic digital tools (iPad, Mobile POS, laptop/Internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling as required.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, including cashier or stock responsibilities; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail brands is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail or customer-service training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
