Coach (Tapestry) in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to support store operations, cash wrap and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, personalized service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor, anticipating customer needs and driving a high-quality guest experience.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media transactions and maintain cash wrap organization in accordance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies, maintain stockroom cleanliness and rotate stock as required.
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and execute visual merchandising directives and promotional displays.
  • Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer data where permitted to support CRM and sales goals.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and housekeeping standards; respond to customer requests and partner with management to resolve issues.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting social media engagement as directed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Proven familiarity with POS and cash register systems and comfort using iPad/Mobile POS and basic computer/internet tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic retail setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capability to climb, bend and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury or premium brand environments and who have handled cashier and stockroom responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or retail/customer service training is an asset.

This position is based in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
