Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized shopping assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; actively support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest product add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Monitor stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates in line with brand guidelines
• Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention protocols and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to use walkie-talkies and read price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in a sales, cashier, or stock role. Experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred, though a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
