Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate customer needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Process shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
- Proficiency with cash register systems, basic computer skills including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to operate walkie-talkies and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
- Ability to climb, bend, and kneel as required

Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, sales, or related roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
