Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with data protection guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries confidently, and partner with sales associates and management as needed
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment)
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to read and interpret price sheets, product release sheets, and communicate effectively via walkie-talkie
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
