Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media according to policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and support loss prevention protocols.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local social media engagement as a brand ambassador.
• Support sales colleagues by responding to customer requests, partnering with management as needed, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Perform physical tasks including regular lifting of up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, kneeling and manoeuvring in the stockroom and on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales preferred); luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive market activity.
• Proven cash handling and POS accuracy with knowledge of cash register systems.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet) and use of store communication devices (walkie talkie).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience within luxury retail preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
