Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market, supporting in-store social media engagement when required.
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain an organized cash wrap and handle cash/media in accordance with company policy.
- Recommend add-on products and gift cards; collect customer information where permitted to support CRM activities.
- Receive, process, reconcile and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom order and cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates and standard resets.
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with sales team and management to meet service and sales objectives.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines; perform physical tasks including lifting and movement of merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience within luxury retail preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer proficiency (ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and internet).
- Ability to use store communication devices (walkie talkie) and to read price and product release documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays and peak season; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience in cashier, stock or sales roles; prior luxury retail experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
