Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate to support daily retail operations and customer service at a flagship outlet location. The role encompasses point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, stockroom management, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising execution—all essential to creating a seamless customer experience and maintaining store efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized service
• Operate POS system accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash/payment media in compliance with policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; partner with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in luxury retail
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet)
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkie equipment and read price/product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

1+ years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
