Coach Sales Support Associate

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the retail sales team, including order processing, stock allocation and shipment coordination between stores and distribution centers.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records, manage returns and exchanges, and assist with stock replenishment and merchandising priorities.
- Support clienteling activities by updating CRM records, preparing client communications and ensuring follow-through on bespoke service requests.
- Prepare sales and performance reports, analyse store-level data to identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to store managers and regional leadership.
- Act as a liaison between store teams and HQ functions (logistics, merchandising, e‑commerce), escalating issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with point-of-sale troubleshooting, visual merchandising set-ups and training new store staff on operational procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, sales support or customer service; prior experience in luxury fashion preferred.
- Proven organisational ability with strong attention to detail and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Numerical aptitude and experience handling inventory, reconciliation and basic sales reporting.

At least 2 years of progressive experience supporting retail sales operations or customer service activities, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion brand environment.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, merchandising or a related field preferred.
