Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to store sales teams, enabling seamless client service and sales execution.
- Manage clienteling activities and CRM records: capture client interactions, schedule follow-ups and support personalized outreach.
- Process and track omnichannel orders, exchanges and returns; liaise with distribution and logistics to resolve fulfillment exceptions.
- Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts, stock reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
- Prepare sales and performance reports for store leadership, monitor KPIs and contribute actionable insights.
- Coordinate client events, private appointments and post-sale service in collaboration with store management and visual teams.
- Assist with merchandising resets, floor moves and product allocations to optimize presentation and sell-through.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating complex cases to store managers or corporate teams where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail operations, sales support or client services — experience in luxury fashion strongly preferred.
- Proven competency with clienteling and omnichannel sales processes.
- Excellent numerical literacy and experience producing basic sales and inventory reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings; flexible scheduling as required.
