Coach in New York seeks a Sales Support Associate III to deliver retail operations and clienteling support for store teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for retail sales teams, including order processing, stock replenishment and returns management.
- Support clienteling activities by maintaining and updating CRM records, preparing client communication, and following up on VIP requests.
- Prepare and distribute sales and inventory reports to store leadership and regional managers; analyse basic metrics to support decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional requests with merchandising, distribution and e‑commerce teams to resolve availability, shipping and pricing issues.
- Assist with visual standards, merchandise presentation and store readiness checks to uphold brand merchandising guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries escalated from store teams, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation to management when necessary.
- Contribute to onboarding and informal training of new retail staff on processes, tools and reporting procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail operations, sales support or customer service; experience in luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM and POS platforms and experience producing routine sales and inventory reports.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to liaise across functions and time zones.
- Strong organizational aptitude with attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting retail operations or sales teams, preferably within a luxury or premium-brand environment. Experience with CRM-driven clienteling and basic sales reporting is expected.
