Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to retail stores and regional sales teams, including order entry, processing, and follow-up.
- Manage clienteling and CRM data: create and update client records, log interactions, and support targeted outreach initiatives.
- Reconcile inventory and sales discrepancies by liaising with stores, distribution centers and logistics partners; coordinate stock transfers and replenishment requests.
- Prepare and distribute regular sales, inventory and KPI reports for store managers and sales leadership; analyse basic trends to support decision-making.
- Coordinate returns, exchanges and repair requests according to brand policy, ensuring an elevated client experience throughout the after-sales process.
- Serve as the operational interface between retail locations and HQ departments (merchandising, logistics, finance), escalating issues and driving timely resolutions.
- Support seasonal roll-outs, promotional events and product launches with operational readiness tasks and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail support, sales operations or customer service; experience within luxury fashion strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable proficiency with CRM and ERP systems and strong numerical accuracy for inventory and sales reconciliation.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline.
- Customer-centric mindset with polished verbal and written communication skills and the ability to represent the brand professionally.
- Availability to work a retail-oriented schedule including occasional evenings and weekends as required.

Experience
At least 2 years of practical experience supporting retail operations, sales administration or client services, ideally within a premium or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
