Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive sales-floor and back-office support to retail teams, enabling a seamless client experience and maximising conversion.
  • Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately via the point-of-sale system and ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, receiving shipments, processing stock movements and coordinating replenishment with merchandising teams.
  • Support clienteling activities by preparing client files, executing follow-ups, scheduling appointments and managing CRM records.
  • Assist with visual merchandising standards, store presentation, product launches and in-store events.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, reconcile tills and escalate discrepancies to management.
  • Serve as a liaison between store operations and corporate teams (merchandising, logistics, CRM) to resolve operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion brands.
  • Strong customer service orientation with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated accuracy with cash-handling and transactional procedures.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced retail environment and to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional demeanour and commitment to brand standards and client confidentiality.

Experience

Mid-level: typically 2–4 years of retail or sales support experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands, with proven exposure to POS operations, inventory control and clienteling.
