Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to store sales teams to maximise client conversion and sales performance.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and process transactions, exchanges and returns in accordance with brand policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, execute floor moves and ensure product presentation aligns with seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Support clienteling efforts by updating CRM records, scheduling client appointments and executing follow-up communications.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail operations or sales support within a luxury or premium-brand environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client service orientation.
  • High attention to detail, numeracy and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays typical of retail schedules.
  • Right to work in the country of employment.
