Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to store sales teams to maximise client conversion and sales performance.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and process transactions, exchanges and returns in accordance with brand policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, execute floor moves and ensure product presentation aligns with seasonal directives.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Support clienteling efforts by updating CRM records, scheduling client appointments and executing follow-up communications.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports, assist with KPI tracking and escalate stock or performance variances to management.
- Assist with store onboarding, training and coordination of logistics for events, deliveries and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures, health and safety standards and brand operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail operations or sales support within a luxury or premium-brand environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client service orientation.
- High attention to detail, numeracy and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays typical of retail schedules.
- Right to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail operations, sales support, or client services experience, preferably with a luxury, leather-goods, or fashion brand. Experience working to sales targets and supporting multi-disciplinary store teams is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail management, business or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
