Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the store team to optimise sales performance and customer experience, including opening/closing procedures and daily cash reconciliation.

- Process sales transactions accurately using the store POS and ensure timely handling of returns, exchanges and special order workflows.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and coordination with logistics/merchandising teams.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, store resets and product presentation to brand guidelines.
- Produce and distribute routine sales and inventory reports; escalate trends and anomalies to store management and regional operations.
- Coordinate with regional support functions (merchandising, e-commerce, loss prevention) to resolve client or operational issues.
- Support onboarding and informal coaching for new or seasonal retail colleagues when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of retail or client-facing experience, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management.
- Strong numeric accuracy and experience handling cash and transaction procedures.
- Authorization to work in the United States (if hiring in the U.S.) and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Approximately 2+ years of progressive retail experience supporting sales operations or client services, with demonstrated results in client retention, inventory accuracy and adherence to brand standards; experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail or fashion preferred.
