Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate III to support store operations and customer service excellence at its Williamsburg, Virginia retail location. Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management as needed
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to loss prevention guidelines, and comply with cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet usage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
