Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to retail stores and the sales organization, including order processing, shipment coordination and returns management.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and clienteling tools to ensure accurate customer profiles and follow-up activity.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales and inventory reports to regional management, analysing trends and highlighting opportunities or risks.
  • Serve as a liaison between stores, distribution and headquarters to resolve merchandising, stock and logistical issues.
  • Support visual merchandising and product flow for store launches and seasonal transitions, coordinating with store leadership and planning teams.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales support staff; contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail operations or sales support within a premium or luxury brand environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact effectively with store teams, logistics partners and regional leaders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with discretion handling client data and private client requests.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team; adaptable to changing retail schedules.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in retail operations, sales support or client services, preferably within the luxury fashion sector. Experience liaising between store networks and corporate teams is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
