Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the store sales team, including order entry, invoicing, and sales reconciliation.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM, coordinate clienteling activities and follow-up communications to nurture customer relationships.
- Manage stock movements: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, replenish floor stock and process returns/exchanges according to brand procedures.
- Prepare sales reports, daily cash and POS reconciliations, and ad-hoc performance summaries for store management.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising and store operations to ensure product presentation and store standards are maintained.
- Support in-store events and VIP appointments, ensuring logistics, merchandise preparation, and guest communications run smoothly.

- Strong organisational aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Proven ability to handle confidential customer information with discretion.
- Flexible availability to cover retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; 0–2 years’ experience in retail, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred, with demonstrated exposure to order processing, inventory tasks or CRM-supported clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or post-secondary coursework in retail, business, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
