Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-calibre client service on the sales floor and via telephone/e-mail, proactively building and maintaining lasting client relationships (clienteling).
  • Support store sales targets by executing floor activities: greeting clients, assisting with product selection, demonstrating product features and closing sales using the POS system.
  • Manage client records and follow-up activity within the CRM to nurture repeat business and drive lifetime value.
  • Assist with inventory control: receiving, tagging, replenishment, stock counts and resolving stock discrepancies in coordination with store management.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation and store environment reflect brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately; complete daily sales paperwork and basic sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, events and client outreach; participate in training and coach junior staff when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with strong client service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished, professional presentation.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic comfort using CRM tools for clienteling.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and card transactions.
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in the United States (if located in New York).

Experience

Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury, premium or high-end retail environments with demonstrable sales results and client relationship management.
