Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to stores, including daily sales reporting, POS troubleshooting and execution of store opening/closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory processes: replenishment, transfer coordination with warehouses, cycle counts and shrinkage monitoring.
  • Prepare and analyze sales and inventory metrics to drive assortment, allocation and promotional decisions.
  • Support clienteling initiatives by maintaining CRM data, generating client outreach lists and coordinating follow‑ups.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure brand standards are consistently executed at store level.
  • Serve as liaison between store teams, distribution and central functions to resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Train and coach store staff on systems, processes and loss‑prevention protocols to optimize in‑store performance.
  • Contribute to project workstreams related to process improvement, rollout of systems and seasonal activations.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail operations, inventory management or sales support within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Strong numerical aptitude with experience producing and interpreting sales/inventory reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising across stores, distribution and HQ.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to process and compliance.
  • Flexible availability to support retail peak periods and occasional travel to store locations.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in retail operations, sales support, merchandising or customer service; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
