Role & Responsibilities
- Provide frontline operational support to retail sales teams, enabling seamless client service and maximizing conversion.
- Manage order fulfilment and omnichannel requests (reservations, ship-from-store, click-and-collect) and ensure accurate processing through POS.
- Maintain inventory integrity: receive and process stock, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate replenishment with distribution and regional teams.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain product presentation standards to reflect brand aesthetics.
- Perform daily cash handling, reconciliation, and basic sales reporting to store leadership and regional operations.
- Support clienteling activities: update and maintain client records, follow up on leads, and assist with VIP service delivery.
- Liaise with store management and corporate teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; post-secondary qualification in business, retail or fashion preferred.
- Proven retail operations or sales-support experience, ideally within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Excellent customer-service orientation with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for inventory control, cash reconciliation and reporting.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods, and to perform physical tasks such as merchandise handling.

Education
