Coach in New York is hiring a Sales Support Associate III to support retail operations, inventory and client service for its luxury handbag and accessories business.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day retail operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and back-of-house organisation to ensure salesfloor availability and presentation standards.
- Operate and troubleshoot point-of-sale (POS) transactions, returns and exchanges while maintaining accurate sales and transaction records.
- Coordinate with store management, regional merchandising and supply-chain teams to process purchase orders, transfers and incoming shipments.
- Provide high-touch client service support: schedule appointments, manage clienteling tools, follow up on special orders and handle after-sales enquiries.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and inventory reports, analyse basic sales metrics and flag trends or stock issues to management.
- Assist with visual merchandising, store resets and product launches to ensure brand presentation and promotional compliance.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on operational procedures, POS use and client service protocols when required.
- Liaise with logistics and loss-prevention partners to support receiving, stock audits and shrinkage control procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations or sales support, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Outstanding client service orientation with polished verbal communication and professional demeanour.
- Demonstrated accuracy with inventory control, stock reconciliation and basic sales reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting and to adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of retail operations or sales support experience, ideally within a luxury fashion or accessories brand; experience with clienteling and inventory systems strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, hospitality or a related field preferred.
