Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to store sales teams to maximise client engagement and sales performance.
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, process sales and after‑sales requests, and manage client records in the CRM.
- Process and fulfil omnichannel orders, including ship‑from‑store, in‑store pickup and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile POS transactions, perform cash handling duties and prepare daily sales and inventory reports for management review.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain stock accuracy, execute transfers and support merchandise allocation.
- Support visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain brand standards on the selling floor.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff on clienteling best practices, systems usage and customer service protocols.
- Analyse sales KPI data and contribute to initiatives that improve conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, retail or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium brand environments, ideally 2+ years in a sales support or client services role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with impeccable client service etiquette.
- Strong numerical aptitude and experience reconciling POS and sales reports.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings; high level of personal organisation.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales support, client services or store operations within a luxury or premium retail environment; direct experience with CRM-driven clienteling preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
