Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to store teams by processing stock receipts, replenishing sales floor inventory and executing transfers between locations.
  • Assist with daily sales administration including point-of-sale transactions, returns processing and reconciliation of cash and card receipts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations and coordination with distribution/warehouse teams.
  • Support clienteling efforts by preparing customer orders, managing pending requests and updating CRM/clienteling systems with relevant client information.
  • Prepare and distribute sales and operational reports, assisting management with ad hoc analysis to optimize store performance.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising and store management to execute floor moves, product resets and promotional rollouts.
  • Perform reception and back-office duties as required, and contribute to a high standard of store presentation and customer service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail or fashion preferred.
  • Demonstrable customer service orientation with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and proven reliability in executing administrative and inventory tasks.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and to lift and move merchandise and boxes as required.
  • Right to work in the hiring country without sponsorship.

Experience

Entry-level role; 0–2 years of retail or back-of-house experience preferred, with demonstrated competence in stock handling, POS operation and basic sales administration.
