Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary client service at point of sale and on the shop floor, anticipating client needs and supporting a high-end shopping experience.
  • Support sales associates by coordinating appointments, managing client communications and maintaining CRM records to ensure accurate client profiles and follow-up.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and discretion.
  • Maintain stockroom operations: receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts, replenishment and shrinkage control procedures.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and floor sets to uphold brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Prepare daily sales and inventory reports, escalate discrepancies and support loss-prevention practices.
  • Contribute to store opening and closing procedures and perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
  • Demonstrable client-facing skills with polished interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and inventory control.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
